The AI quota resets every billing cycle and unused messages do not roll over. When buying add-ons in a given month would cost more than moving up a package, Zentr recommends the upgrade instead, because it is cheaper for you.
What every package includes
- Unlimited bookings on every package, with no per-booking fee
- LINE OA connection from the first package — no upgrade needed to unlock it
- Automatic daily backups; only how long they are kept changes
- Booking, CRM and AI chat are in every package, not sold as separate modules
Backup storage belongs to Zentr and does not count against the file storage you can use. Manual restoration may carry a service fee depending on the package and the scope of the restore.
Questions people ask about pricing
How are AI messages counted?
Only messages AI answers during that billing cycle count. The quota resets every billing cycle and unused messages do not roll over.
Does everything stop when the AI quota runs out?
Bookings never stop. You can buy an AI add-on from 199 THB, and if add-ons for that month would cost more than the next package, Zentr recommends upgrading instead.
Are bookings really unlimited?
Yes. Every package takes an unlimited number of bookings under normal use. There is no per-booking fee — paying more the busier you get is not how this should work.
What actually differs between the packages?
Between Starter and Growth it is scale, not features — staff accounts, LINE OA accounts, AI messages, CRM customers, file storage, and how far back you can read your history. Enterprise differs in capability: integration with your own systems, and SMS identity verification for members.
Is there a package for large organisations or multi-branch shops?
Yes — Enterprise, built for larger operations such as sports complexes and shops with several locations. Staff accounts are unlimited, members can be verified by SMS, and your own systems connect over API and SSO. Support is priority, with a contracted SLA and a named account manager. Pricing follows the number of branches and real usage, so it is quoted after we talk.
Is old data deleted past the package limit?
Booking history goes back 12 months on Starter and 24 on Growth. AI and chat history is 90 days and 1 year respectively. Upgrading extends the window to that of the new package. On Enterprise it follows the contract.
How much is Zentr Dental Edition?
Dental Edition is a different product on a different package to the ones here. See dental.zentr.biz for its current pricing.
Is there a package for badminton or tennis venues?
Yes, but as a separate product rather than a package here. Venues sell space by the hour, have groups booked for a whole term, and usually run a pro shop and a cafe on site, so it has its own edition: Zentr Sport, for badminton, tennis and pickleball venues. Pricing is not published yet — talk to us for a quote based on court count. The site is currently Thai-only.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Every price shown is before tax. VAT is added on the tax invoice at the statutory rate.
How much cheaper is paying annually?
15% off twelve months, which works out to almost two months free. Starter is 6,018 THB a year and Growth 13,158, both before tax. Enterprise is priced on usage, and annual terms are agreed with the quote.
